Our Founder
An experiential creative visionary, Sandra Novas founded Frequency in 2020, during a moment when live experiences had come to a standstill. The global pause provided an opportunity to rethink the role of experiential marketing—how brands and audiences could reconnect beyond screens and find a new frequency for engagement.
A pioneer in the industry, Sandra is the original co-founder of Siinc in 2007, shaping it into Miami’s top experiential marketing agency throughout the 2010s. With hundreds of successful events under her belt, she has been recognized as one of the top 1,000 professionals in the U.S. event industry and named one of the most innovative event pros by BizBash Magazine. Sandra is also the recipient of the coveted EX Award for Experiential Event of the Year by Event Marketer, honored for producing a one-of-a-kind art and technology pavilion on the sands of Miami Beach for the global premiere of the Audi A8.
Since its inception, Frequency has cultivated long-standing partnerships with global brands, helping them create impactful experiences both through standalone events and as sponsors of some of the world’s most prestigious music, sports, lifestyle, and art events.
Today, as CEO and Chief Creative of Frequency, Sandra leads a team of strategists, creatives, event planners, production managers, and logistics experts—all dedicated to bringing visionary brand experiences to life.
